NOTES FROM THE FIELD

Hello to you who is reading this.

I had this burning desire to express where I’m at with Peach Moon and to share a little about my own brand journey, while also introducing a new chapter for today’s new moon.

Here, I’ll be sharing some Notes from the Field with you. A space to write creatively, reflect honestly, and connect more personally. You’ll find travel insights, branding and design tips, case studies from client work, and a look behind the scenes at how things are evolving. Most of all, this is about connection. With you, the reader. With the work. And with the deeper why behind it all.

Writing is something I’ve always loved. I’ve been dusting off my old travel blog too, Chasing Waterfalls, which was a passion project documenting experiences and tips from a more nomadic chapter of life. That was before COVID arrived and I began a degree in Counselling, which felt like it lasted a lifetime, even though it was just three years.

Peach Moon came to life after I returned from India, where I completed my first yoga teacher training. I was already working in branding and design, but something shifted. I wanted to work with people I aligned with. People with purpose. People who care about the planet, about others, and about doing good work that means something. Purpose is everything.

After finishing my degree last August, I rushed to integrate my counselling offerings into Peach Moon. But something felt off. I found it hard to communicate what I was offering. I couldn’t find the words. It felt confused.

Which is ironic, because I work in branding and messaging. But like many of my clients, I’ve realised it’s harder to look clearly at your own work than someone else’s. That’s why people come to me… to be seen, reflected, and supported in expressing what they already feel deep down.

Eventually, I reached out for support. One fresh perspective was all it took to see things more clearly. And that’s when the shift happened.

I’ve now returned to the heart of Peach Moon. It’s a creative studio focused on working with purpose-led individuals and brands. People who have a sense of what they stand for, even if it’s still taking shape, and are ready to express it through visuals that feel like home. Through web design, branding, storytelling, and intuitive design, that’s the work I love most.

Alongside this, I am creating a separate space for my counselling work, something that deserves its own identity and rhythm. It felt important to honour both paths fully without squeezing them into one container. That space will also unfold soon.

It feels true. And I’m here, showing up again, ready to share and express what this journey looks like as it continues to grow and evolve.

This is the beginning of something new. And I’m so glad you’re here for it.
